An energetic workout combining plyometrics, cardio drills, circuit training, and muscle conditioning (75 minutes).

Reformer Mat Synthesis
Work your way through Mat exercises and advance to similar movements on the Reformer. Discovering the benefits and differences of each method. Class is a cozy four person setting.

Kids Yoga, Pilates and Games
A 50 minute class that is fun for all!

Teens may book their own private class(es), but Every Body Balance welcomes all teens to participate in our regular scheduled classes.  You are never too young to develop your core and increase your strength and flexibility!
