Boot Camp Conditioning
An energetic workout combining plyometrics, cardio drills, kick boxing, and muscle conditioning (75 minutes).
Belly Dance
Discover muscles you never knew you had as you learn to control and isolate each one, strengthening and improving tone and flexibility while dancing for fun and fitness
Kids Yoga, Pilates and Games
A 50 minute class that is fun for all!

Teens may book their own private class(es), but Every Body Balance welcomes all teens to participate in our regular scheduled classes. You are never too young to develop your core and increase your strength and flexibililty!
