Each of our Barre classes draws movements from Ballet, Pilates, Strength Training, and Hatha Yoga to create an energizing, full-body workout that will leave you feeling revitalized and satisfied. The barre assists with balance work and stretching, while weights and core-strengthening props add intensity. Please contact our fitness staff with any questions.
A full-body barre workout drawn from the methods and movements of Ballet, Pilates and Hatha Yoga. This flowing Barre class utilizes the bar for balance and stretching. It will change up your workout.
Barre Fusion [MODERATE]
With Barre-Fusion, you can give your body a firm and gracious form. The training is athletic and challenging, and uses small hand weights as well as a Pilates ball and the barre. The results of this barre class are a firm butt, slender legs and hips, slim arms and a flat stomach.
Cardio Barre [ENERGIZING]
A high energy/low impact exercise class that combines barre work and small weights with fat burning motion. Includes toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.
All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.
- Please remove your shoes before you enter each studio space.
- Please no cell phones in the studios.
- Drink plenty of water. Being hydrated is fundamental to enjoying your classes.
