This class will give you the abs you have been dreaming of and more.<\/p>\n Boot Camp [ENERGIZING]<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n An energetic workout combining plyometrics, cardio drills, circuit training, and muscle conditioning. \u00a0All set to lively music. \u00a0Join us in the core fitness fun!<\/p>\n NEW: \u00a0Turbo Kick [ENERGIZING]<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n Turbo Kick combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn. Hard-hitting combos and edgy dance moves help you quickly condition and tone muscles. No equipment needed except YOU! \u00a0Turbo Kick consists of eight sections: Punches, Kicks, Punches & Kicks, Turbo (2-minute high-intensity cardio, repeated 3-4 times), Recovery, Finale, Legs and Abs. Each section has a long and short combination of moves, repeated on both the right and left sides. The class starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool down section.
