Every Body Balance Will Be Open Thanksgiving Day Morning

Today, Every Body Balance announced they will have two special classes on the morning of Thanksgiving Day, to help our customers work through the holidays and all those extra calories.

  • At 8AM, join Cheryl W for ‘Flow and Feast Yoga’ at our 155 Boston Road (Rt 30) location.
  • And at 9AM, join Mary C for a 90-minute Spin-Mat Combo workout, at our 162 Cordaville Road (Rt 85) location.

Both studios are located in Southborough, and Drop-ins are welcome!  Every Body Balance ‘s goal is to be open for at least some workout classes 365 days a year (weather permitting!), because we know how important your workout can be during the holidays.


Every Body Balance Launches Indoor Spin-a-thon and Yoga-a-thon to Fight Cancer

Today, Every Body Balance launched registration for the fitness studio’s Spin-a-thon and Yoga-a-thon to raise money for the Pan-Mass Challenge. On Saturday July 23rd from 11AM to 4PM, individual cyclists and yogis from the Greater Boston- and MetroWest areas will come together with the collective goal of raising funds to support adult and pediatric patient care and cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

To join in the fight against cancer, participants can register by donating $25 or more per hour at Then send an email to with the time(s) you want to reserve for spin or yoga. Riders and Yogis are asked to bring pledges from family and friends to assist in their donor totals; pledge forms can be downloaded from the website.

Southborough Studio Supports the Pan-Mass Challenge
and the Fight Against Cancer

Every Body Balance is proud to participate in the 2016 Pan-Mass Challenge to honor those we have lost to cancer, to support a great cause, and to highlight current research towards sustained cancer prevention and remission.

Every Body Balance will be hosting a Spin-a-thon and Yoga-a-thon on Saturday July 23rd, with all proceeds benefiting the Pan-Mass Challenge and the Jimmy Fund.  Contact us if interested in participating, or for more details.

Regular Classes

Studio Space Rentals

As a local community member, we’re pleased to make our lovely studio spaces available to rent for parties, classes, workshops, training, meetings, and seminars at both of our Southborough locations.  Available times vary during the week, so please send us your requirements as early in your process as possible.

  • Boston Road location:  Two upstairs yoga studios, plus a downstairs training/TRX room, each approximately 750 sq ft.
  • Cordaville Road location: The space is approximately 2200 sq ft, comfortably holding 30 people for yoga/dance/exercise classes and up to 50 people for discussions and lectures.

Inviting yet simply decorated, Every Body Balance is filled with an air of calmness and serenity that your guests will love.  You’re welcome to bring in catered food or beverages for your event, and you’re responsible for complete clean-up after the event, including rubbish removal and proper storing of mats and blankets.

Studio space rentals include:

  • Use of the space
  • Yoga mats and blankets
  • Stereo system, room lighting and air conditioning
  • Washrooms and changing area
  • Beautiful vibes
  • A Studio Receptionist to help your event go smoothly

Spinning Studio Opening January 1 2016 for New Year’s Resolutions

Every Body Balance is adding a second studio location [and keeping all of the current 155 Boston Road location]
to allow for larger classes and more variety.  This added floor space is just 2 miles away in Southborough at the Route 85-Route 9 junction, near the Southborough post office in the Town Center Plaza.

Classes include Spinning, Zumba, BOSU, Boot Camp, and Core Fitness activities, with plenty of room for all.  The new studio will be open for Spinning and other classes 7 days a week, starting January 1.  Check out the Calendar.
