Yoga for kids is a fun way to introduce new students to yoga, or continue to build an interest in those that are familiar with it. Children’s yoga is all about sparking interest, relationships, curiosity, and imagination. With a diverse mix of yoga and mindfulness activities, children will learn a variety of yoga asanas, including partner and group poses, as well as breathing games and meditation techniques.
