Every Body Balance instructors have lots of experience in a wide range of fitness training activities.

Most are longtime practitioners, with years of teaching experience. Although their backgrounds and teaching styles may differ, all are true to the core. Every Body Balance philosophy: providing individual adjustments and accommodations for each and every student, while shaping a safe and enjoyable environment for all students. Susan has extensive classroom and practical training in biology, anatomy, wellness, and public health. Before becoming the owner, she was among the first members at Every Body Balance, working to advance and refine the Every Body Balance method. She's committed to maintaining the standards of excellence at Every Body Balance, and to enabling each and every person in achieving their personal fitness and wellness goals.

Michele has a warm, friendly smile and vibrant enthusiasm for health and fitness. After three children, Michele first tried pilates to get back in shape and has been passionate about wellness ever since. Teaching for more than 15 years, Michele also leads fun classes in barre and yoga. Her goals are to empower women to feel strong and confident. Try one of Michele's lively in-studio classes.

I have been teaching barre since 2016. I was drawn to it because in my younger days I was very involved in musical theatre and performed in dinner theatre; moving to music just makes sense to me! I am also an occupational therapist...so to combine music and movement is a win/win! We are taught to teach to the lowest level of participants. I disagree. My classes can be challenging, but there are lots of modifications. I want you to have fun; I want you to have a great work out; but I also want you to be able to feel and see your progress.

As an active (aka hyper) kid participating in gymnastics, cross country and track & field it was only natural to incorporate fitness into my life as an adult. I have been with Every Body Balance since 2016 but I’ve been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years. I hold several certifications that include Barre, Piloxing, POUND, and Marsala Bhangra but my passion is Pilates. I love to combine a balance of strength training and stretching so you feel strong and lean after each class. My hope is to inspire and challenge you! I’ve worked with all ages and levels, small children through aging adults, from beginners to professional athletes and everything in between!! I also work as a school adjustment counselor so I understand the importance of self care and mindfulness, both of which can be achieved through fitness.

Ananya is the USA Yoga Northeast Champion, USA Nationals silver medalist, and fifth in the world for International Yoga Sports Federation’s World Championships.  She’s a high school student with a passion for mind and body health.  Ananya is certified by Yoga & Ayurveda Center’s 200 Hour Registered training, and Yoga Alliance, along with a 4-week Blissful Kids Positive Mindfulness for Kids and Teens Certification. She has been teaching yoga since 2021, and she feels so grateful to share her enthusiasm for yoga with young adults. Ananya truly believes that everyone should be aware of the power of yoga to heal, rejuvenate and reinvigorate the brain and body. Her mission for everyone in her classes is to understand how the body and mind work together during yoga postures for a better quality of life.
