Beginners Guide to Fitness Classes in Southborough

Group classes are a great way to stay motivated, meet new people, and learn proper form under the guidance of an expert instructor. You’ll get structure, encouragement, and a variety of workouts to keep things fresh.

Tips for Your First Class:

  1. Arrive a Few Minutes Early – Give yourself time to meet the instructor and get familiar with our space.

  2. Mats to Share:  Most people bring their own mat, but we have mats to share as well.

  3. Wear Comfortable Clothing – Opt for breathable fabrics; sticky non-slip socks preferred, but you can do classes in bare feet.

  4. Spin Footwear – For Spin classes, indoor, solid-bottom footwear is best.   Spin shoes are optional; sneakers work just fine.

  5. Bring Water – Staying hydrated is key.  Filtered bottle refill is available.

  6. Listen to Your Body – Take breaks when you need them and don’t push past your limits.

  7. Ask Questions – Our instructors love helping new members feel confident.

  8. Showers - Our studio location includes mens and women's showers.  Bring your own towels.
