Starting a workout routine can feel overwhelming — but at Every Body Balance in Southborough, we make it easy and welcoming. Whether you’ve never set foot in a fitness class or it’s been years since your last one, or your a seasoned fitness student, our friendly, helpful approach ensures you’ll feel comfortable, supported, and ready to succeed for every session.
Group classes are a great way to stay motivated, meet new people, and learn proper form under the guidance of an expert instructor. You’ll get structure, encouragement, and a variety of workouts to help you stay motivated.
Arrive a Few Minutes Early – Give yourself time to meet the instructor and get familiar with our space.
Mats to Share: Most people bring their own mat, but we have mats to share as well.
Wear Comfortable Clothing – Opt for breathable fabrics; sticky non-slip socks preferred, but you can do classes in bare feet.
Spin Footwear – For Spin classes, indoor, solid-bottom footwear is best. Spin shoes are optional; sneakers work just fine.
Bring Water – Staying hydrated is key. Filtered bottle refill is available.
Listen to Your Body – Take breaks when you need them and don’t push past your limits.
Ask Questions – Our instructors love helping new members feel confident.
Showers - Our studio location includes mens and women's showers. Bring your own towels.
