Class Fees

We accept cash, check, credit, and debit. Please make checks payable to Every Body Balance.

For many classes, pre-registration is helpful but not always required for in-studio attendance. To save time, we recommend purchasing online in advance through our member site.

Our Southborough location includes men’s and women’s showers. Please bring your own towels.

New Students

Please arrive about 15 minutes early if you need to complete paperwork or get changed. The simplest option is to register online in advance, where you can complete the waiver during sign-up. You can also visit our New Students page for additional details and downloadable forms.

Ready to get started? You can purchase a drop-in, class pass, or membership online in advance.

Simply sign the waiver, make your purchase, and arrive for the class you want to attend. If you prefer not to purchase online, you are welcome to arrive about 15 minutes early and sign up in person.

Policies

Cancellation fees may apply for early termination of annual, 12-month, or auto-renew commitments. Annual and 12-month memberships may be placed on hold once per 12-month period, in pre-approved cases such as serious illness or injury. If you are unsure, please ask a member of our staff.

Month-at-a-time memberships, personal training sessions, reformer sessions, and class passes are non-refundable once purchased.

From time to time, we may offer introductory passes for new clients only. These introductory offers are limited to one per new client and may not apply to specialty classes, workshops, or specialty series unless specifically stated.

10- and 20-class passes expire after 12 months. Personal training and reformer sessions also expire after 12 months. Gift cards with a cash value do not expire.

Gift cards and class passes are not the same. Gift cards may be purchased for someone else and do not expire. Class passes are tied to the purchaser, are not transferable, and do expire based on the terms shown above.

If you purchased a class through ClassPass, CourseHorse, Groupon, Yelp, or similar services, the third-party seller’s terms may apply before redemption. Once redeemed with us, our studio cancellation policies apply. If you need help with a purchase made through a third party, please contact that provider directly.
