Dance fitness classes are fun, energetic, and make you feel amazing.  The perfect combination of fun and fitness has made Zumba classes a world-wide phenomenon, and they are now offered at Every Body Balance.  We’re currently offering Zumba classes on Sunday afternoon, Thursday evening, and some Saturday mornings; check the online schedule for the latest listings.  As demand and popularity grows, we’ll add more classes into the mix.

New to Zumba fitness?  All are welcome, from newcomer to experienced, and all fitness levels.  Experience a lively Zumba workout with rhythms of Latin and World music.  This is a fun workout with lots of smiles.   Bring indoor fitness shoes that pivot. Or simply dance with bare feet.   No pre-registration required. Contact us with any questions!

All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

  • Please no cell phones in the studios.
  • Drink plenty of water. Being hydrated is fundamental to enjoying your classes.
