"We love our evening "Gentle Yoga" classes at Every Body Balance. We have been practicing yoga in locales around the world for more 20 years, but never in a setting as beautiful as this one. The soft orange glow of the salt lamps, and the filtered rays of the early evening sunlight reflecting off the water and through the trees outside the studio windows, together all of this creates the most unique ambience for relaxation and quiet meditation."

"I just love this studio! Every Body Balance is such a special place with a friendly vibe that delivers a feeling of fun and camaraderie while achieving great fitness results. First you walk into the studio with a whole wall of windows connecting with a lovely natural setting of a peaceful pond surrounded with trees and local wildlife. The late afternoon sun shines through the windows for a magical reflection of sparkling water and dancing tree leaves on the studio walls. Then the quality of the instructors is phenomenal. They create a warm, friendly environment while delivering great workouts and excellent instructions for each move - and always with a variety of options for beginners or those recovering from injuries.
