If this is your first yoga class — welcome! You’ve already taken the most important step by showing up. At Every Body Balance, we specialize in creating a calm, encouraging atmosphere where new students can explore yoga at their own pace.
Here’s what to expect:
🧘♀️ A friendly welcome: Your instructor will introduce themselves and ask if you have any injuries or preferences so they can suggest modifications.
🌿 A focus on comfort: We move slowly through warm-ups and poses with gentle cues. You can rest anytime — yoga is not a competition.
💧 Bring essentials: A yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows movement. If you forget something, we have clean studio mats available to borrow.
💫 A calm finish: Each class ends with guided relaxation — a few quiet minutes to reset your body and mind before heading back into your day.
You don’t need prior experience, flexibility, or strength — just an open mind. Many of our students tell us that their first class was the start of a lifelong wellness journey.
